The GOREE CINEMA Festival will soon be back in a new format.

Yesterday, Gorée Cinéma was all about open-air screenings by the water. It was also an open house for the arts and words of Africa and its Diasporas.

Then, suddenly, things changed everywhere. And to reinvent ourselves, we had to produce in silence.

Film creation, online curation, cultural events... our horizons are multitudes.

Soon it will be time again to tell you about the other cinema we're striving to support.

Le Festival Gorée Cinéma fera bientôt son retour sous un nouveau format.

Hier, Gorée Cinéma c’était des projections en plein air les pieds dans l’eau. C’était aussi une Maison ouverte aux arts et aux paroles d’Afrique et de ses Diasporas.

Puis soudain, de toutes parts, les choses ont changé. Et pour nous réinventer, il nous a fallu produire dans le silence.

Création de films, curation en ligne, manifestations culturelles… nos horizons sont multiples.

Il sera bientôt de nouveau temps de vous parler de cet autre cinéma que nous nous efforçons d’accompagner.
